• Develop ServiceNow OMT solutions based on the Cornerstone Porting Solution to support platform functionality and business requirements • Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems such as Salesforce and Requestflow to enable seamless data and process flow • Collaborate with internal teams to implement system enhancements and ensure alignment with project objectives • Execute development tasks within an agile delivery framework to support iterative releases and continuous improvement • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and development issues to maintain system stability and performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow OMT development, Agile delivery, and Jira/Confluence usage
  • Experience in developing and integrating software solutions within ServiceNow platforms
  • Familiarity with integrating systems such as Salesforce and Requestflow
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software delivery practices
