This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and the delivery of clear, reliable financial reports to Division Chiefs, faculty, and Department leadership. The Finance Director is responsible for establishing, enforcing, and monitoring appropriate internal controls to safeguard departmental resources and ensure compliance with institutional policies. In close partnership with the CFO, the Finance Director will provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and will play a key role in the development, coordination, and completion of the annual budgeting process.
