• Outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce company services and solutions • Generate and qualify leads through structured conversations • Achieve a minimum of 120 minutes of daily talk time • Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team • Understand client requirements and position relevant SaaS or digital solutions • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM • Follow up with prospects to nurture and move them through the sales funnel • Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, lead generation, and meeting bookings.

Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and close new B2B opportunities across mid-sized and enterprise-level companies in target industries. Leverage your network and industry knowledge to connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Conduct in-person meetings, attend industry events, and represent the company at relevant forums to generate leads and strengthen relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sale satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining high professional standards. Track industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activity to adapt your sales strategy effectively. Qualifications Key Requirements: B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in direct client acquisition, deal closure, and retention. Strong professional network within relevant industries (e.g., IT hardware, networking) or with partner companies. Solid understanding of the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing and follow-ups. Prior experience in contract-based or performance-driven roles is strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with a hunter mindset and the discipline to work independently while meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed and remote team. Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business productivity tools.
