About this Role Remote with 40% domestic travel to project site. QISG is seeking mid-level and senior-level Schedulers (Primavera P6) to partner with Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams in building and maintaining resource-loaded P6 schedules across EPC, Design-Build, and CMAR delivery models. This role supports projects from planning through construction, commissioning, and closeout, with a strong emphasis on critical path management, schedule risk mitigation, performance and forecast tracking. The ideal candidate will bring Primavera P6 scheduling experience in data centers or commercial infrastructure and can confidently translate complex engineering and field inputs into clear, executable, and well-structured project schedules. What You'll Do - Develop and maintain CPM schedules. - Build and update resource- and cost-loaded Primavera P6 schedules. - Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (intra-company or subcontractor) teams. - Link WBS to CBS for accurate forecasting, cash flow, and financial alignment. - Produce earned value metrics, schedule KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executive reporting. - Conduct critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, productivity tracking, and time-impact assessments. - Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies. - Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement. - Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards What You'll Bring - 4-10 years of scheduling experience in Engineering/Procurement/Construction (EPC) industry. - Data center or commercial infrastructure P6 scheduling experience. - Primavera P6 expertise, including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development. - Experience with large-scale sitework, and long-lead equipment schedules for data center or commercial projects. - Familiarity with Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools. - Ability to collaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. - Strong communication and influencing skills, coordinating across multiple departments. - Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. - High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responds to crisis chats/texts and provide emotional support, assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment/support referrals to individuals in a consistent and non-judgmental manner. - Consistently and accurately assess each chat/texter for suicide risk following assessment protocols and practices; provide adequate and relevant safety/action planning for each contact. - Offer and provide follow-up services to individuals at risk of suicide, suicide loss survivors, or third-party contacts. - Gather information about the circumstances that precipitated the call and the caller’s specific needs for assistance. - Serve as a mandated reporter in cases of suspected abuse. - Follow through on imminent risk assessments to assure emergency contact is made and confirm outcomes or re-engage as instructed using the ASIST model. - Maintain confidentiality of all contacts adhering to HeartLine’s policies and procedures. - Complete required HeartLine paperwork, including the recording of all calls in the resource database accordingly. - Utilize supervisory consultation for guidance, support, or debriefing as needed. - Attend in-services and continuing education events to improve skills and be alerted to changes in policies or procedures. - Actively participate in HeartLine’s community disaster/emergency response plan. - Other duties as assigned.
