Job Description
Transportation Coordinator
Pyramid Healthcare
• Orientation, training and scheduling of drivers • Receive transportation calls/inquiries • Attend meetings as required • Complete all required reports associated with the Transportation Department • Model appropriate driver skills to other drivers • Ability to respond to emergency situations • Ability to work alone • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity of basic auto repairs
- Knowledge of CARF standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of force, if necessary
- Team player; confidentiality; safety; excellent communication skills; effective interpersonal relationships; calm and decisive in crisis situations.
