Contracts Manager

Priory

• Lead on the negotiation and management of contracts with NHS and Local Authority commissioners • Support the establishment of new Block, Framework and Individual Placement Agreements • Collaborate with Commercial Finance and Operational teams to negotiate contractual arrangements • Ensure agreements are appropriately documented, implemented and reported • Maintain an effective contracts database • Provide contract reporting to support executive decision making and business strategy • Act as an internal expert on contractual matters • Support sites, operations and business development teams with contractual disputes, risk mitigation and compliance • Support tender and bid activity by reviewing contractual terms and identifying potential risks within Healthcare and Adult Care opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Contract and Public Procurement Law
  • Experience of working within the UK Health and Social Care sector
  • Strong understanding of NHS and Local Authority commissioning, including Integrated Care Boards, Provider Collaboratives and Foundation Trusts
  • Familiarity with NHS commissioning terms, pricing rules and guidance.
  • Excellent commercial awareness

Role: We are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Technology Practices to join our Professional Services department. This is a Remote Global role, reporting to the Sr Director, Customer Success Engineering. The Senior Manager, Global Technology Practices is responsible for leading the team of Practice Architects who sit at the tip of the spear for Professional Services delivery. This role owns the Plan, Design, and Implement (PDI) phases of the PDIOO lifecycle, the operational engine behind how PS engages on new, complex, and high-priority customer projects worldwide. This role serves a dual mandate: driving utilization through direct project delivery and scaling PS capability through practice development of the content, collateral, reference architectures, and delivery frameworks that enable the PS field to operate consistently and at quality across AMS, EMEA, and APJ.
