• Attend client workshops to document workflows (intake/eligibility, enrollment, services, case notes, exits/follow-up). • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and configuration/business rules. • Partner with Product/Engineering/QA to design solutions, clarify scope, and manage requirements changes. • Support integrations and data mapping (imports/exports, APIs) and reporting requirements. • Plan and execute UAT with customers; triage defects and validate fixes.

• Directly manage, coach, and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Systems Staff, conducting regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews. • Standardize internal team methodologies and processes, elevating the quality of work across the department. • Lead client workshops to document workflows (intake/eligibility, enrollment, services, case notes, exits/follow-up). • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and configuration/business rules. • Partner with Product/Engineering/QA to design solutions, clarify scope, and manage requirements changes. • Support integrations and data mapping (imports/exports, APIs) and reporting requirements. • Plan and execute UAT with customers; triage defects and validate fixes. • Manage and mentor other business analysts and systems staff, supporting their growth and elevating the quality of work across the team. • Lead cross-functionally across a variety of contexts, partnering with product, engineering, operations, client-facing teams, and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.

• You’ll partner directly with state leaders and local workforce boards to perform deep-dive "process autopsies"— dissecting current workflows to keep what works and remove what doesn’t. You’ll lead investigative sessions to hunt down bottlenecks and outdated relics, ultimately architecting a bigger, bolder vision for our customers to serve their community. • Once the vision is determined, you’ll be our primary technology translator, acting as the bridge between a customer’s “I wish we could…” and our system’s “Here’s how we do it.” You’ll help our customers configure and launch tools that don’t just look good on paper, but actually tackle their toughest daily hurdles. • You’ll use your workforce experience and expertise to see the big picture while also understanding the nuances and tiny details of the business. You’ll turn high-level workforce directives (referral processes, case management, programmatic financial tracking, labor exchange requirements, etc.) into clear technical process flows inside Career Edge. • We don't do "tech for tech’s sake." You’ll guide workforce boards to move past just using a new tool and help them master it to change lives. You’re workforce expertise is the secret ingredient that turns a digital platform into a community superpower.

• Architect, operate, and continuously harden our AWS environment — EKS, ECR, Docker, and the full container delivery pipeline. • Set technical direction for our Node.js services and MongoDB data layer. • Lead delivery of complex, cross-cutting initiatives. • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing engineering team. • Own logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting across AWS. • Establish predictable delivery rhythms. • Strengthen controls around access, secrets, data, and change management. • Translate technical tradeoffs into decisions. • Work hand in hand with product, operations, and client-facing teams. • Help position us for growth.

• Lead the design, development, and support of core platform services and applications using MongoDB, Node.js, Nest.js, and Next.js • Architect, build, and maintain scalable systems that power our workforce development platforms • Design and develop modern web applications and RESTful services • Improve system performance and scalability • Ensure platform reliability, security, and maintainability • Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, product partners, and leadership to shape system architecture • Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices • Participate in regular Scrum ceremonies

• Oversees all operations to include successful implementation of workforce operations, company policies and procedures, quality assurance, and financial initiatives. Ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations including financial, internal quality outcomes, external quality outcomes and customer relationships; • Oversees the development of the annual operating and capital budgets for each location and ensures expenses comply with budget constraints and revenue meets or exceeds budgeted goals; • Develops and maintains contact with current funding sources, potential funding sources and, if applicable, local and state legislators and political leaders; • Ensures locations are compliant with client/funding source and regulatory requirements, Company and Corporate policies and procedures; • Ensures the provision of quality service consistent with applicable laws/regulations and corporate policies/guidelines/standards. Oversees and participates in quality assessment and performance improvement activities; • Supervisor of local Executive Directors; • Responsible for market growth in assigned region; • Approves bid/contract development and submission, as necessary; • Ensures implementation of corporate initiatives and directives; • Approach each day and task with a "ZAG" mindset; • Other duties and projects as needed.
