• Conduct regular reviews of participant case files to evaluate accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Federal WIOA/TANF, State, local, and corporate policies • Monitor data entered into State Systems and other participant management systems for accuracy and timeliness • Identify deficiencies and trends, document findings, and recommend corrective action • Support local QA staff in resolving file and data issues to ensure no eligibility issues or disallowed costs • Lead bi-weekly check-in calls with Program Directors, Regional Directors, and other appropriate staff • Ability to maintain and update multiple spreadsheets and reporting tools daily • Monitor quality assurance reports and dashboards and alert Quality Assurance Manager of any discrepancies • Assist with preparation for and response to program monitoring and audits • Support the development and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and quality management practices • Partner with the Training Coordinator to address recurring issues and conduct targeted training with local QA staff • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of standard operating procedures and contract and TEGL updates • Review incoming invoices, payment requisitions, and ACH requests for accuracy, proper authorization, and complete documentation before requests are submitted to management • Process weekly billing by preparing detailed payment spreadsheets and submitting to management for timely approval and payment • Identify any missing information, duplicate entries, or mathematical discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, project managers, fiscal) to quickly resolve variances • Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling participant information • Approach each day and task with a positive attitude and a “ZAG” mindset • Other duties and projects as needed

• Serve as the first point of contact for community members and jobseekers • Complete intake and eligibility determination • Collect, verify, and document required eligibility information • Enter data into WIT and process applicants • Maintain accurate individual case files • Schedule appointments and refer eligible participants • Provide clear information regarding program services • Support orientation sessions and group presentations

• Help reach more people by promoting online programs • Provide excellent virtual customer support • Facilitate workshops and meet with participants 1-on-1 • Guide participants through the setup and navigation of apps • Execute targeted digital outreach campaigns

• Supervise, mentor, and train accounting staff. • Perform first-level review of journal entries and financial statements to ensure accuracy. • Identify, develop, and implement streamlined accounting procedures. • Ensure compliance with Federal WIOA, local, State, and corporate policies. • Direct fiscal operations relating to financial planning and reporting. • Lead the preparation and maintenance of project budgets and forecasts.

• Lead state delivery implementations with real visibility and quality oversight. • Manage large and varied portfolios spanning nonprofits and governmental agencies. • Build and grow delivery teams, ensuring the right staffing for projects. • Collaborate closely with CTO and product leadership to align services with technology goals. • Maintain efficient resource forecasting and staffing management. • Conduct candid conversations with partners to keep projects on track.

• Attend client workshops to document workflows (intake/eligibility, enrollment, services, case notes, exits/follow-up). • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and configuration/business rules. • Partner with Product/Engineering/QA to design solutions, clarify scope, and manage requirements changes. • Support integrations and data mapping (imports/exports, APIs) and reporting requirements. • Plan and execute UAT with customers; triage defects and validate fixes.

• Directly manage, coach, and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Systems Staff, conducting regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews. • Standardize internal team methodologies and processes, elevating the quality of work across the department. • Lead client workshops to document workflows (intake/eligibility, enrollment, services, case notes, exits/follow-up). • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and configuration/business rules. • Partner with Product/Engineering/QA to design solutions, clarify scope, and manage requirements changes. • Support integrations and data mapping (imports/exports, APIs) and reporting requirements. • Plan and execute UAT with customers; triage defects and validate fixes. • Manage and mentor other business analysts and systems staff, supporting their growth and elevating the quality of work across the team. • Lead cross-functionally across a variety of contexts, partnering with product, engineering, operations, client-facing teams, and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.

• You’ll partner directly with state leaders and local workforce boards to perform deep-dive "process autopsies"— dissecting current workflows to keep what works and remove what doesn’t. You’ll lead investigative sessions to hunt down bottlenecks and outdated relics, ultimately architecting a bigger, bolder vision for our customers to serve their community. • Once the vision is determined, you’ll be our primary technology translator, acting as the bridge between a customer’s “I wish we could…” and our system’s “Here’s how we do it.” You’ll help our customers configure and launch tools that don’t just look good on paper, but actually tackle their toughest daily hurdles. • You’ll use your workforce experience and expertise to see the big picture while also understanding the nuances and tiny details of the business. You’ll turn high-level workforce directives (referral processes, case management, programmatic financial tracking, labor exchange requirements, etc.) into clear technical process flows inside Career Edge. • We don't do "tech for tech’s sake." You’ll guide workforce boards to move past just using a new tool and help them master it to change lives. You’re workforce expertise is the secret ingredient that turns a digital platform into a community superpower.

• Architect, operate, and continuously harden our AWS environment — EKS, ECR, Docker, and the full container delivery pipeline. • Set technical direction for our Node.js services and MongoDB data layer. • Lead delivery of complex, cross-cutting initiatives. • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing engineering team. • Own logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting across AWS. • Establish predictable delivery rhythms. • Strengthen controls around access, secrets, data, and change management. • Translate technical tradeoffs into decisions. • Work hand in hand with product, operations, and client-facing teams. • Help position us for growth.

• Lead the design, development, and support of core platform services and applications using MongoDB, Node.js, Nest.js, and Next.js • Architect, build, and maintain scalable systems that power our workforce development platforms • Design and develop modern web applications and RESTful services • Improve system performance and scalability • Ensure platform reliability, security, and maintainability • Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, product partners, and leadership to shape system architecture • Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices • Participate in regular Scrum ceremonies
