Role Description We’re looking for a hard-working and friendly Business Development (Sales) Representative with exceptional sales know-how, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Prospecting, qualifying leads, and securing partnerships to close new clients for our agency. - Building relationships with potential clients and generating new sales opportunities. - Passing on qualified leads for our team to close. Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers, engaging with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers. - Outbound Outreach: Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with key decision-makers. - Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records with lead activity, interactions, and progress. - Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize lead conversion. - Relationship Building: Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. - Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points to tailor sales messaging effectively. - Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - 3+ years in sales or business development (preferably for a staffing or recruiting agency). - Professional written and verbal fluency in English. - Outstanding sales knowledge, interpersonal problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. - Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection. - Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift.
