Role Description The Senior Structural Engineer leads structural analysis and designs and strength calculations activities for modular structures like skids, arrays, containers along with pipe racks, pipe supports, platforms etc. Shall be performing in place, lifting and transport analysis of the skids. Provides technical guidance to juniors, and ensures consistency, constructability, and quality across projects. Also responsible for independently checking 3D models and 2D drawings for structural steel and foundations. Supports lead engineers on complex projects and acts as Lead on small to mid-size projects. This role requires close collaboration with structural designers, multi-disciplinary teams, and inter-departmental stakeholders to ensure high-quality designs. The Sr. Engineer works directly with lead engineers and is expected to be self-driven, quality-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced product engineering environment. Core Duties and Responsibilities - Perform structural analysis of modular skids and structures involved in Hydrogen, Energy transitions, energy projects/products across the globe. - Ensure compliance with codes, standards including AISC, Eurocode, IS, ASCE, PIP and other international standards & client specifications. - Perform lifting, in place and transport analysis of the structures. - Develop foundation loading tables for all basic loads including wind and seismic loads as per American, European and Indian standards. - Mentor and guide junior level engineers and designers. - Coordinate with engineers on design intent and constructability. - Support project planning, workload distribution, and delivery commitments. - Review 3D models and 2D drawings for all the structures involved in the project/product including GA, Fab drawings, Foundation loading, lifting GA etc. - Prepare the Bill of materials for structural steel. - Execute all activities in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and work instructions. - Perform self-checks on all deliverables prior to submission. - Actively contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement. - Complete and maintain checklists, check prints, and quality records. - Effectively coordinate with Project Engineers & other engineering departments to resolve design clarifications like design & 3D model reviews. - Participate in project close-out and lessons-learned meetings. - Ensure safety principles are followed in the design. Qualifications - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience. Requirements - Advanced proficiency in analysis & Design tool – STAAD pro, Idea statica, Mathcad, MS office. - Strong proficiency in excel programs. - Strong understanding of structural engineering concepts for steel, foundations, and modular systems. - Ability to lead small teams and manage priorities. - Strong proficiency in handling Navisworks. - Strong understanding of AISC, ASCE, EU, IS, PIP codes and standards. - Ability to read/comment and interpret engineering drawings, plant layouts, and equipment layouts. - Ability to work across the engineering organization/functions with minimal direction. • Lead development and validation of service engineering deliverables during new product development to assure the global services organization and 3rd party partners are prepared to support fielded systems. • Develop and maintain expert-level technical product knowledge for new products necessary to start-up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain systems. • Drive a ‘Design-for-Service’ mindset throughout the design lifecycle, assuring all maintenance activities can be completed safely and with minimal cost. • Leverage field experience to provide the ‘voice of service’, defining reliability and service requirements and assisting with the development and validation of new products. • Model the expected service costs associated with corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and inspections of systems and iterate system design with engineering to assure system reliability and service cost objectives are achieved. • Define maintenance procedures, spares plans, and tools & equipment required to support and service new products. • Define commissioning procedures for new products in collaboration with product engineering and the commissioning team. • Lead/assist with root cause analysis and problem resolution efforts using structured methodologies (e.g., Shainin, 8D, DMAIC, etc.) to mitigate customer risks. • Travel to customer locations to perform technical functions including system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and repair as required; author incident and problem resolution reports; and collaborate with onsite technicians. • Develop onboard and remote diagnostic and prognostic capability to monitor system operation, identify emerging problems, and determine root cause and appropriate field response. • Develop and provide technical training to internal staff members including on-site Service Technicians. • Represent service engineering in customer interactions as needed to meet their expectations related to equipment maintenance and support.

Role Description The Service Specialist – H2 is responsible for providing after-market service and support of Plug Power’s GenFuel hydrogen utility infrastructure at customer sites. The role requires highly adept technical and troubleshooting skills both with electro-mechanical and industrial gas systems. The Service Specialist - H2 will also be called upon to train and develop our RSR (Regional Service Specialist) on H2 system maintenance, procedures, and troubleshooting so that they can effectively help provide day-to-day H2 system support to their aligned customer sites. This role is vital to supporting the strong reputation for the reliability of Plug Power technology as well as furthering the Company’s reputation as a dedicated service partner to customers. Sr. Field Applications Engineer Department: Sales Location: Spain (Madrid) Spain (Remote) Position Summary The Sr. Applications Engineer is responsible for supporting the European Sales team and is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Working in conjunction with the sales and engineering teams as the key technical advisor and product advocate, the Sr. Field Application Engineer must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction. The occupant of this role must evaluate customer technical requirements against approved Electrolyser solutions. If the needs of the customer cannot be met with the approved Electrolyser solutions, the Sr. Field Application Engineer will work with cross-functional teams to find a technical solution meeting customer needs. The ideal candidate for this role must have the ability to gain a firm technical grasp on Plug Power products and technical requirements while also possessing a robust interpersonal skill set enabling effective customer relations and leadership of project teams.
