• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and network telemetry. • Take a builder’s mindset to the role by automating repetitive workflows and using AI to increase speed, scale, and effectiveness. • Execute containment and remediation actions for confirmed incidents, while following and continuously improving established runbooks. • Tune and maintain SIEM and EDR detections to reduce false positives, strengthen signal quality, and close coverage gaps. • Apply threat intelligence, including IOCs and TTPs, to active investigations and ongoing monitoring. • Participate in the on-call rotation and contribute clear, actionable post-incident documentation.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable solutions within multiple IT systems (e.g. Jamf, Intune, Okta, Jira, Google Workspace) • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex, multi-system issues. • Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and single points of failure. • Take complete ownership of the project lifecycle for key initiatives. • Formally mentor junior engineers to elevate the team's skillset. • Help define and document team standards for engineering excellence.

Role Description We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal team and help us scale a world-class, tech-forward legal function that matches the ambition and complexity of our products and partners. - Use cutting-edge AI tools to support a technology-forward legal team and streamline contracting, research, and operations. - Negotiate various commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and vendor agreements, ensuring Paxos’s interests are protected while enabling the business to move quickly. - Manage legal entity formation and governance, and become an expert on Paxos’s international corporate structure (including maintaining corporate records, board and shareholder consents, and related governance documents). - Maintain and build out the company’s legal operations function, including improving templates, workflows, playbooks, and systems to increase efficiency and reduce risk. - Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Compliance, Product, Operations, and Procurement) to support commercial, corporate, and operational initiatives. - Help drive process improvements across the legal team by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and following through to implementation. Qualifications - 2+ years of law firm paralegal experience. - Experience working on corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing legal agreements and related documentation. - Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment, with the ability to adapt as priorities and business needs evolve. - Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. - Experience using AI legal tools (e.g., for contract review, document automation, or legal research) and an interest in experimenting with new technology to improve legal workflows. Requirements - In-house paralegal experience, ideally supporting commercial or corporate work. - Experience working in a hyper-growth, tech-focused company, preferably in fintech, financial services, or another highly regulated industry. - Experience with international entity management and governance. - Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools or legal operations tooling. • Define and execute a long-term, global communications strategy that integrates executive, corporate, policy, internal, and product narratives into a coherent story for Paxos. • Lead media and press relations, including proactive storytelling and responsive reputation management, to return Paxos to a strong presence in key financial and crypto outlets. • Own company-wide internal and executive communications in partnership with existing internal comms and marketing, especially around high-stakes, regulated topics and major company milestones. • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO & the executive team, shaping narratives, recommendations, and decision-ready options on communications strategy and execution. • Use AI tools and systems to increase leverage in content development, research, and measurement. • Direct and coordinate external agencies, advisors, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality, on-message communications across regions and time zones.

• Own the close and financial statements. Drive the monthly, quarterly and annual close end-to-end for all Paxos entities. • Set and defend accounting policy. Lead technical accounting research for new products, transactions and structures. • Own financial audit and controls. Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors. • Be a financial architecture partner for the business. Work with Product and Engineering at the design phase of new products. • Shape quote-to-cash and revenue recognition. Partner with commercial and legal teams to design scalable quote‑to‑cash processes. • Build the team and infrastructure. Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals.
