• Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere environments (vCenter, ESXi, vSAN) • Implement and support Site Recovery Manager (SRM / Live Recovery Manager) and disaster recovery solutions • Design and operate Stretched / Metro Cluster architectures • Configure and manage VMware NSX‑T for networking and security • Engineer high availability, recoverability, scalability, and lifecycle management solutions • Perform monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis • Automate VMware operational tasks and processes • Support and deliver complex datacenter and hybrid infrastructure projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies
