ServiceNow SPM Configurator
Paralucent
• Configure and customize ServiceNow’s SPM module , including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development. • Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and working configurations. • Design and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation within the SPM module. • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and platform admins to ensure high-quality solutions. • Maintain data integrity, optimize performance, and support system testing and deployment. • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and SPM-related platform updates. • Support integration and scripting efforts as needed.
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience, with a focus on the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities (e.g., workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripting).
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM or HRSD).
