• Design, architecture, development, and implementation of new applications on the ServiceNow platform • Demonstrate hands-on experience with multiple implementations of the core suite of ServiceNow applications • Support Pre-Sales activities and calls with potential customers • Collection of requirements and defining approaches and technical solutions • Development of levels of effort and staffing recommendations for projects • Document solutions and project approaches in rough order of magnitude (ROM) • Provide technical assessments, written documentation and technical expertise • Design and enhance reporting solutions both within ServiceNow • Communicate with the customer in technical/non-technical terms • Provide product and solutions demonstrations and workshops • Collaborate with System Administrators and ServiceNow Support concerning strategies and technical aspects of platform upgrades • Advise on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture • Work with ServiceNow and Technology Vendors to provide direction and assistance to the ServiceNow Practice

• Manage ServiceNow instance health, upgrades, and patches • Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, SecOps, etc.) • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability • Create and manage user roles, groups, and permissions • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies • Implement advanced UI policies, business rules, workflows, and notifications • Lead integrations with third-party systems and APIs • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior administrators
