• Architect and build applications and SDKs for the iOS platform • Manage releases and SDK versioning • Maintain a public facing API documentation for working with our SDKs • Ideate and propose platform specific improvements for our SDKs • Maintain code quality and high standards of development • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability • Build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure along with internal tooling and reporting infrastructure • Work with product team to translate business requirements into smaller work units for the engineering team • Collaborate with other engineers to plan, build and test new features • Understand existing tech debt, and work with team leads on proposals to manage tech debt • Participate in technology roadmap discussions
Role Description This position is for a full-time, fully-remote, Registered Nurse who is willing to think creatively and utilize their clinical skills in the field of Telehealth. We are seeking motivated Registered Nurses with 2+ years of clinical hospital experience to work in Pager Health's Command Center where our nurseline serves our members 24/7. The core objective of the Triage RN, Nurse Navigator is to use technology to build trust and triage patients to the right care at the right time while providing an exceptional virtual care experience. Responsibilities for the Triage RN, Nurse Navigator: - Provide exceptional customer service and virtual care by communicating with patients via phone, live messaging, video, and/or email. - Document within EMR. - Follow and apply clinically validated triage protocols. - Ensure the highest quality customer service for patients and providers. - Complete basic nursing responsibilities, outpatient testing, medications, etc. - Troubleshoot technology with patients. - Work to ensure a seamless patient call center experience. - Coordinate lab orders, prescription orders, radiology tests, and any aspect of patient care. - Work on projects that will optimize operational efficiency and improve the patient’s telemedicine experience. - Assist in identifying technology needs that improve patient experience. - Additional projects as assigned. Qualifications - 2+ years of clinical hospital experience working as an RN. - An active unencumbered RN license in Puerto Rico. - Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN). - Be a permanent resident of Puerto Rico. - Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish is required; all applicants must submit a resume in English to be considered. - Prior call center experience strongly preferred. • Serve as the organization’s foremost technical authority on healthcare IT, bringing deep fluency in regulatory requirements, clinical workflows, and emerging technologies. Proactively monitor trends in healthcare IT and share intelligence with internal teams to inform product strategy and competitive positioning. Stay on top of competitive landscape and changing market dynamics. • Partner with the Sales team to qualify and advance opportunities across the healthcare sector. Provide technical insights, lead product demonstrations, and respond to prospect inquiries related to implementation, integration, security, and scalability. Help the team close complex deals by translating technical capability into business value. • Work directly with prospects and customers to uncover requirements and pain points. Translate those needs into tailored technical solutions, customizations, and integration designs. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements back into the roadmap and advocate for healthcare-specific product enhancements. • Design and deliver compelling, iterative product demonstrations that illustrate how Pager’s solutions close care gaps, accelerate speed to care, drive member engagement, and improve operational efficiency. Tailor each presentation to the specific audience and use case. • Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at healthcare organizations and payers — including IT decision-makers, clinicians, and administrators. Act as a strategic advisor who understands their goals, constraints, and desired outcomes, and who consistently delivers credible, actionable technical guidance. • Lead the technical components of RFP and RFI responses. Develop solution architectures, contribute to proposal narratives, and ensure that Pager Health’s technical differentiation is clearly and compellingly articulated. • Maintain current knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HITECH, and related regulations) and emerging trends in healthcare IT. Proactively share updates and implications with the sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure Pager’s positioning remains current and credible. • Coordinate with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience. Surface customer feedback and market insights to help shape product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market positioning.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for our cloud platform and infrastructure. • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. • Lead the design and continuous improvement of our CI/CD platform and deployment automation. • Develop self-service tooling that enables engineers to provision, deploy, and operate services independently. • Improve platform reliability, disaster recovery readiness, observability, and cloud cost efficiency. • Establish engineering standards, best practices, and reusable platform patterns. • Mentor engineers through architecture reviews, code reviews, technical guidance, and collaborative problem solving. • Lead complex technical initiatives from research and planning through production deployment. • Partner closely with Software Engineering, Security, and Operations teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term platform improvements.
