What you'll do: - Review and update support team-related reports accurately in the system. - Track and manage client reminders, renewals, and follow-ups on a daily and weekly basis. - Liaise with internal departments to support task execution and ensure timely completion. - Assist in document e-filing and uploading of emails and records in a timely and organized manner. - Respond to internal queries related to administrative support matters, including ad-hoc and one-off project requests. - Extract, prepare, and import data into internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail. - Ensure all records and system updates are maintained consistently and in compliance with internal processes. - Support in ad-hoc tasks as and when required. Qualifications - Diploma in Business / Accounting/Finance or related fields. - 1 year working experience, Accounting graduates encouraged to apply. - Attention to detail and tech savvy, able to work with large volumes of data. - Good spoken & written English. - Able to work independently and in a team.
