Real Estate Coordinator/Transaction Coordinator

Yoo Realty Group is growing, and we're searching for an organized, detail-oriented professional to support our real estate agents and clients throughout the home-buying and selling process. - Guide clients through the transaction process from contract to close. - Coordinate deadlines and paperwork. - Communicate with lenders, clients, and agents. - Manage documents and transaction records. - Help ensure every deal stays on track and every client feels supported. Qualifications - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - A positive attitude and team-first mindset. - Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Real estate experience is an asset, but not required. Requirements - Remote Position. - Candidates must be located within the GTA or Barrie area.
