Role Description We are seeking a senior Design Engineering resource to lead the design and delivery of a Fortinet-based LAN/WLAN solution as part of a global transformation and managed service engagement. This role will be critical in shaping Day-1 architecture and ensuring a robust, scalable design that transitions effectively into Day-2 operations. • To coordinate all resources of the tower (including off-shore) • To orchestrate end-to-end-services for the involved towers (top of stack) • Manage the cooperation between Towers to ensure usage of standard methods and tools wherever applicable • Ensure that account specific processes are applied at all relevant scope • Evaluate and manage service requests • To drive completion of service acceptance, technical assurance and handover processes • Ensure that the Root Cause Analysis for the tower specific services are performed • Act as the next level of escalation for tower specific technical teams for all service management processes • Ensure that the quality of asset management requirements in the respective towers • Ensure the CAP planning of the account in the tower on the component level and provision to Manager
Role Description We are looking for a skilled Remote Technician to support and deploy solutions within Cisco Meraki environments. The role focuses on remote installation support, backend configuration, connectivity validation, and end-to-end deployment assistance working alongside onsite engineers and customer teams. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with remote network configuration, device provisioning, and customer-facing technical support. Responsibilities - Perform backend configuration and deployment of: - MX68 and MX68W security appliances - Support installation and activation of Cradlepoint devices - Validate connectivity and perform speed testing to confirm service performance - Provide real-time guidance and technical direction to onsite technicians, including: - Patch locations and cabling instructions - Installation best practices - Device positioning and connectivity validation - Support staging, provisioning, and pre-configuration of equipment prior to site deployment - Perform and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customer teams at project completion - Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and configuration issues remotely - Update documentation, ticket notes, and deployment records - Support change windows, go-live activities, and post-install validation Qualifications - Experience configuring and supporting Meraki firewalls and wireless infrastructure - Experience supporting LTE/5G failover or cellular connectivity solutions (e.g., Cradlepoint) - Strong understanding of: - TCP/IP networking - VLAN configuration - DHCP / DNS - Firewall rules and NAT - VPN concepts - Experience guiding field or onsite technicians remotely - Experience performing remote validation and acceptance testing - Experience working in ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar) - Strong customer communication skills Preferred Qualifications - Networking certification (CCNA or equivalent experience) - Experience supporting multi-site deployments (retail, distributed enterprise, logistics, etc.) - Experience working in MSP, NOC, or project deployment environments - Experience supporting SD-WAN or hybrid WAN environments Soft Skills - Strong remote communication and coaching skills - Customer-focused approach - Strong attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously - Calm and structured approach during live installations
• Oversee the drafting, adjustment, and legal review of all employment contracts, including specialized fixed-term agreements and international secondments • Act as the internal subject matter expert for legislative changes, ensuring all HR guidelines and company policies remain in strict compliance with current labor laws • Provide expert advice to department heads on rights and obligations during the employment relationship, including the management of performance warnings and disciplinary actions • Lead the execution of layoffs and the negotiation of termination agreements to minimize organizational risk • Partner with legal counsel to represent the company in labor law litigation and defend against wrongful termination lawsuits • Navigate co-determination and participation rights • Support or lead negotiations with unions and employer associations regarding wages, hours, and leave entitlements • Provide labor law guidance during company acquisitions, sales, or internal group transfers • Manage the legal frameworks for external and flexible personnel deployment, cross-border employment, and temporary work arrangements • Design and implement personnel reduction strategies, ensuring all social and legal impacts are mitigated
• Lead service delivery across onshore and offshore teams • Ensure SLAs/KPIs are met and continuously improved • Act as escalation point for major incidents and client issues • Manage change, problem, and incident processes • Build strong client relationships and lead service reviews • Own financial performance, including forecasting, revenue, and billing • Drive collaboration across teams and ensure standard processes are followed
