Job Description

System Analyst – Risk Decisioning

NOVACARD

• Support and develop risk scoring strategies and decision logic • Analyze data flows and ensure the accuracy of decision parameters • Design and test integrations with external data providers • Create and execute test plans for new releases and strategy updates • Automate regression and smoke testing for scoring procedures • Monitor incidents and participate in post-release validation • Document processes, test results, and system behavior in Confluence

Job Requirements

  • Fluent Russian, English B1+ (comfortable with technical documentation)
  • Experience as a system or business analyst in retail risk decisioning (credit cards, loans, antifraud)
  • Background in top-tier banks or fintech companies (experience in top 10 Russian banks is a plus)
  • Strong SQL skills (MS SQL / PostgreSQL)
  • Hands-on experience with REST API integrations
  • Experience in functional and regression testing, preferably for scoring or decisioning systems
  • Knowledge of test automation tools or scripting is a plus
