Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 5 - 7+ years of experience working in an Asset Management organization with a demonstrated track record of operational risk management and/or Operational Control/Resiliency. - Expert knowledge of operational resiliency including disaster/business recovery, business continuity management, 3rd party vendor/outsourcing, corporate risk policies and standards. - Strong understanding of risk management practices and how they apply in Financial Services organizations including the impact of regulation on operational resiliency matters. - Ability to drive to execution through strong prioritization skills. - Adept at and with a proven track record of working across multiple areas of businesses and functions.
