Role Description We are looking for a Strong Junior QA Manual Engineer who is driven to create the best software possible. - Review documentation and analyze requirements; - Plan and estimate testing activities; - Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures; - Report and document technical issues, report bugs and errors to development teams; - Create test cases; - Perform manual Functional, Regression, and Exploratory testing (Web, Mobile); - Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing; - Monitor applications and software systems; - Present findings to software development and business user teams; - Effectively collaborate with team members to achieve the best results. Qualifications - 1.5+ years of industry experience in QA or Software Engineering; - Good knowledge of the QA process, terminology, and methodology; - Experience in manual testing of Web and Mobile Applications; - Good understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and standards (test plan, test design, test case, checklist, SDLC); - Experience in web testing (Rest API and Dev tools); - Successfully completed QA courses; - Autonomy and attentiveness; - Desire to grow and work in a team; - Ability to prioritize their time and dynamically adapt to the team's needs; - Upper-Intermediate level of English.
