Organization and project management are non-negotiable. We move fast, but we don't do chaos. Key Responsibilities - Own the content strategy. Build and run a content engine across blog, email, social, and gated assets that drives traffic, engagement, and qualified leads. - Drive SEO and AEO. Run keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO monitoring. Build our backlink profile through outreach and digital PR. - Build AI-powered marketing workflows. Use AirOps, Claude, Claude MCPs, and prompt engineering to scale content production, research, and distribution. - Write exceptional copy. Blog posts, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, email sequences, social posts, lead magnets. - Create new offers and lead magnets. Bring ideas for how we package our expertise into assets that convert. - Extract expertise from technical staff.
