This is a senior, customer-facing technical role. The right person will be comfortable stepping into different MSP and client environments, asking good questions, troubleshooting complex issues, and owning problems through to resolution. This role is not suited for someone who only wants internal support work or who needs a fully documented environment before they can move forward.
