Junior QA Analyst
NeoPollard Interactive
• Work on the Games Portfolio Management team to implement new games with customers • Maintain the game roadmap with customers • Manage current game portfolio and implement new games • Perform QA of games in UAT and Production environments • Coordinate issue resolutions via Jira • Perform functionality testing on games and campaign setups for multiple accounts • Review and verify game requirements • Assist with preparing the games roadmap for existing vendors in conjunction with the Games Team Lead • Assist games portfolio managers with various tasks • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- BA/BS Business, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, independent, able to learn quickly, multi-tasking, great interpersonal skills, team player
- Casino gaming experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and take on tasks without direction and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in automation is preferred
- Some travel required
- Must be available to work during the bulk of EST business hours. May need to adjust schedule periodically to accommodate clients and partners in other time zones.
