We are on the lookout for an IT Project Manager to join our PMO Department. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full project lifecycle: from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure. - Requirements management: elicit, analyze, document, and support requirements throughout the project lifecycle. - Align project goals with business and tech teams, and make sure everyone’s on the same page. - Organize day-to-day work in the team: task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups. - Maintain project documentation: roadmaps, status updates, risk logs, etc. - Run regular syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders. - Track progress, identify blockers early, and adjust plans as needed. - Communicate clearly with all sides — keeping stakeholders up to date on status, risks, and changes. - Contribute to improving PM processes and tools inside the PMO.
