• Serve as the primary AWS AI architecture partner for strategic clients, driving generative and agentic AI system design from discovery through production. • Lead architecture design using Amazon Bedrock (including foundation models and custom models), Bedrock AgentCore, AWS Strands Agents, and AWS AgentCore Gateway. • Design advanced RAG, Agentic RAG, and multi-agent orchestration architectures leveraging AWS-native services such as Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora (pgvector), and OpenSearch. • Produce AWS reference architectures, architecture decision records (ADRs), and implementation roadmaps aligned to business objectives. • Validate feasibility through hands-on prototyping in Python using Bedrock SDKs, SageMaker, and serverless services. • Ensure architectures follow AWS security best practices (IAM, KMS, VPC, PrivateLink) and cost optimization principles. • Own architectural integrity from concept through production deployment on AWS. • Align solutions with AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars: Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Cost Optimization, and Sustainability. • Guide clients through tradeoff decisions across model selection (Bedrock FMs vs custom SageMaker models), latency, cost, governance, and compliance. • Continuously evaluate emerging AWS AI capabilities (Nova Forge, Nova 2 Sonic, Bedrock updates, and new AgentCore capabilities).

• Identify opportunities to apply AI across software development, business operations, and enterprise workflows. • Evaluate business problems and determine when AI is (or is not) the appropriate solution. • Design scalable AI architectures aligned with business goals, security requirements, and operational constraints. • Guide clients through AI adoption and implementation strategies. • Design and implement solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration frameworks. • Define architecture patterns for AI-enabled applications and enterprise platforms. • Establish best practices for prompt engineering, retrieval strategies, evaluation, and AI governance. • Drive adoption of AI capabilities across the software development lifecycle. • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI into development processes and delivery pipelines. • Lead technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders. • Mentor engineering teams on AI implementation patterns and best practices.

• Serve as the firm’s primary subject matter expert for document automation solutions, processes, and best practices. • Support the firm’s document automation strategy by providing recommendations on technologies, processes, workflow improvements, and scalable solutions. • Participate in the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing optimization of document automation platforms and related technologies. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and scalability through document automation. • Establish standards and best practices for automated document generation, template maintenance, and workflow management. • Design, configure, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, document automation platforms, document storage systems, and other business applications. • Build and support API-driven workflows for document generation, data synchronization, and process automation. • Configure and troubleshoot REST APIs, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and integration endpoints. • Define and manage data mappings, transformation rules, validation logic, and synchronization processes across systems. • Collaborate with internal and external technology partners to implement and support integration solutions. • Monitor and resolve integration failures, API issues, data quality concerns, and workflow exceptions. • Design, build, test, and maintain automated document templates and workflows. • Translate legal, operational, and business requirements into scalable document automation solutions. • Develop and maintain complex document templates using conditional logic, calculations, dynamic content, and business rules. • Configure and manage document generation workflows to support legal and operational processes. • Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure document accuracy, reliability, and consistency. • Maintain and enhance a growing library of automated documents and templates. • Partner closely with attorneys, legal staff, operations leaders, and business stakeholders to understand document requirements, workflows, and business processes. • Collaborate with software developers, Salesforce administrators, and technology stakeholders to support effective integration between document automation platforms and Salesforce and other business systems. • Define data requirements, mapping needs, and workflow dependencies for document generation processes. • Assist with user training, adoption, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. • Document business processes, automation workflows, template logic, and system configurations. • Monitor system performance, adoption, and effectiveness. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve the user experience. • Research emerging document automation technologies and industry best practices. • Recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
