• Manages small to medium assigned IT projects independently. • Gathers input from team members on required tasks and translates into a project plan with tasks, activities, dependencies, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and deliverables. • Monitors progress of project activities and ensures all critical implementation criteria are met. • Coordinates with Architects, Team Leads, Resource Managers, IT Leaders, and Sponsors as needed to ensure project team follows department processes for quality assurance, migrations and promotions, end-user acceptance/validation, and training and support. • Facilitates project meetings using effective meeting techniques for objectives, agendas, participants, and meeting minutes. • Develops and maintains reporting dashboards suitable for Senior Leadership to communicate project status.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer- or business-related discipline required. - 5+ years of experience in project management. - 2+ Years of Program and Project Planning including experience with Cloud Transformation Projects and Programs. - Good experience and understanding of project controls, processes, governance and management. - Understanding and knowledge across wider Cloud adoption and technology enablement (Microsoft, AWS, Public Cloud etc.). - Knowledge of transition management, user adoption and customer success is of interest for certain engagements. - Professional in approach with maturity and excellent customer facing skills. - Ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget. - Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills. - Expertise with project management, collaboration, and time management tools. - Experience with process improvement PMP or PRINCE2 Certification. - Knowledge on SAP or Unix, Linux, VMware, Citrix, Azure technologies will be added advantage. - Experience into O365 is must.
