We're changing that through on-demand pay, payroll savings, pension top-ups, and Max, our AI financial coach. Already trusted by the NHS and major local government employers, we're building fast. This is our first permanent product design hire, and a pivotal moment for the product. You'll be the sole product designer at My Money Matters, responsible for the full UI and UX experience across our web platform, desktop tools, and mobile app. That means everything from onboarding flows and data visualisation to the design system that ties it all together. You'll set the design direction, own the Figma system, work directly with the Head of Product and engineering team, and shape how hundreds of thousands of people engage with their financial lives. You'll also play a key part in designing Max, our AI-powered money coach.
