• Provide superior customer service to MVB clients and internal stakeholders regarding consumer and business online banking products and services. • Perform daily administration duties to include, but not limited to, building and coding online banking profiles as per procedures and client agreements, daily report monitoring, and enrolling or updating businesses products and services (i.e. ACH, wire, Remote Deposit Capture, bill pay, positive pay, Estatements) • Facilitate, install and train new Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay clients • Assist Retail, Commercial, and Treasury teammates with sales presentations of online banking and RDC products • Provide one-on-one end-user, tier two issue resolution support for consumer and business products and services via phone, email or through chat • Support mRDC, mobile banking, and bill pay • Support testing and implementation of changes relating to business online banking features (including ACH, wires, positive pay, etc.) • Identify problems and/or potential problems and take the necessary steps to resolve or escalate • Routinely provide enhancement recommendations or efficiencies • Routinely provide training support for internal teammates and other lines of businesses • Provide back-up support to other department roles • Work with minimal supervision
• Promotes operational excellence of the fraud program within the Enterprise Compliance Advisory function • Lead incident response team for fraud incidents, to include fraud prevention • Provide regular briefings to the Chief Compliance Officer for fraud incidents • Serve as MVB liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement and other agencies to identify, report, and mitigate fraud and recover losses • Conduct the annual fraud risk assessment evaluating MVB’s enterprise customers, products/services, and geographies for inherent and residual risk • Responsible for owning and remediating any fraud related issues resulting from audits, exams, or compliance testing • Manage all aspects of fraud reporting at all levels, as appropriate to the audience • Liaise with partners across the enterprise to assist with managing the efforts of the fraud program • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training materials for the fraud program • Partner with external fraud consultants as needed to manage incidents and set strategies • Serve as the General Manager for MVB-owned fraud subsidiary, Paladin • Serve as point of escalation for front line fraud incidents and provide guidance for adequate fraud risk mitigation and remediation aligned to business policies and regulatory requirements • Assess fraud trends, operational performance, and process efficacy quantitatively and qualitatively • Participate in Enterprise Compliance and FinCrime Committees and share fraud program findings and metrics with Enterprise Compliance leadership • Coordinate with the Onboarding and Due Diligence operations team to appropriate assess fraud risk posed by new Fintech partners • Provide active oversight and guidance to staff responsible for the execution of investigative matters related to fraud • Oversee quality assurance efforts to ensure investigators are effectively and accurately completing fraud investigations • Develop and implement onboarding and ongoing training to maintain high customer service levels and knowledge of new and emerging threat landscape • Manage fraud tool and technology access and use for assessing fraud risk (LexisNexis, Clear, ChexSystems, Q2, Alloy, etc.) • Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and fraud risk involving VIP clients
• Own and drive the day-to-day operations of the Onboarding & Due Diligence function • Lead and develop a high-performing team of due diligence analysts • Define and enforce staffing models and workload distribution • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve service level agreements (SLAs) • Drive a culture of operational excellence and identify workflow bottlenecks • Receive and execute compliance frameworks designed by Enterprise Compliance Advisory • Oversee the execution of risk-based due diligence frameworks for all customer and partner relationship types • Manage the ongoing periodic review program for fintech partners • Represent the Onboarding & Due Diligence function during regulatory examinations
• Design, build, and maintain saleable data pipelines within Snowflake from multiple sources • Build and maintain medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold layers) for data lake solutions • Design data models that support both businesses intelligence and AI requirements • Lead cloud-native data platform evolution, integrating Snowflake with AWS. • Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Implement data quality frameworks and monitoring systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data assets. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, models, and processes. • Optimize query performance and resource utilization to reduce costs and improve processing times. • Participate in on-call rotation to support production data systems and resolve incidents.
• Develop and manage project plans, charters, schedules, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives • Evaluate and communicate trade-offs across scope, cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder value to support prioritization decisions • Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through closure, providing direction, coaching, and accountability • Facilitate discovery, design sessions, and stage-gate reviews, including go/no-go decisions and key project checkpoints • Define and align on success metrics, KPIs, and acceptance criteria with business sponsors • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, SDLC requirements, and applicable regulatory and compliance guidelines • Deliver clear, consistent project reporting to stakeholders, sponsors, and executive leadership • Manage and coordinate technical deliverables, including system integrations, data flows, and API requirements • Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and vendors to manage dependencies, integrations, testing, and deployment readiness • Track project financials, including budgets, resource allocations, and forecasts; escalate variances with recommended actions • Validate project outcomes against business case objectives, ROI targets, and defined success criteria • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and implementation of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies • Ensure effective transition to business-as-usual operations, including documentation, training, and support readiness
• Develop and implement the annual risk-based audit schedule for business units and IT audit activities • Effectively supervise audit staff to ensure audits are properly scoped, executed, and completed in a timely manner • Apply the Internal Audit methodology, audit policies, standards, and procedures consistently across assigned audit engagements • Participate in the annual risk assessment process and contribute to the development of comprehensive audit plans • Actively participate in management meetings to remain abreast of emerging products, services, and technology initiatives • Act as internal audit's subject matter expert on IT, operational, and business unit audit matters • Implement continuous monitoring around key risks and identify opportunities for computer assisted audit techniques (CAATs, data analytics, etc.) to expand coverage and efficiencies • Prepare clear, well-supported audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations effectively to management at various levels • Build trusted relationships with management by working collaboratively to resolve audit or risk concerns in a timely manner • Remain current on emerging internal audit and regulatory trends and proactively seek training opportunities • Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify risk and control trends and recommend preventative actions • Coordinate responses to requests from external auditors and regulators, and interact professionally with all levels of management • Conduct all audit work in accordance with department policies, the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF), and applicable regulatory guidelines • Lead audit fieldwork, manage multiple audits and projects concurrently, and develop detailed project plans including risks, scope, staffing, deliverables, timelines, and budgets • Coach and mentor audit staff to support professional development and expand team knowledge of banking regulations, IT, and operational audit approaches • Foster a positive and collaborative culture by maintaining cooperative relationships, sharing information, and providing constructive feedback • Maintain current knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations, along with Company policies and procedures • Adhere to the Company's core values and conduct all activities in a manner that does not harm consumers

• Product Strategy & Roadmap • Partner with the Director of Digital Product to develop and maintain the Digital Account Opening product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on client needs and business objectives • Gather input from internal stakeholders and clients to inform the roadmap, making trade-off decisions when priorities conflict • Stay informed on market trends, competitive offers, and regulatory changes that could impact the product strategy • Implementation & Delivery • Develop project plans with clear timelines and milestones for product launches and enhancements • Coordinate with business stakeholders, compliance, risk, legal, and operations to ensure all requirements are addressed • Work with PMO to establish repeatable launch processes and drive adoption across the organization • Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market materials and client-facing messaging • Vendor Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Digital Account Opening vendor, managing the day-to-day relationship and escalating issues as needed • Hold the vendor accountable to contractual commitments and service level agreements • Work with the vendor to troubleshoot issues, test new features, and implement configuration changes • Performance Monitoring & Optimization • Monitor key performance metrics including application completion rates, abandonment points, processing times, and client satisfaction • Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and reduce friction in the account opening process • Use performance data and client feedback to inform product enhancements and prioritization decisions • Training & Support • Create and maintain training materials and documentation for internal teams and clients • Provide product training to internal stakeholders and support client onboarding as needed
• Support AI and data initiatives across the Company, including research, testing, and documentation • Assist in exploring and evaluating AI tools and use cases aligned with the company's Data Strategy • Help develop, test, and refine AI-driven workflows or automations • Communicate findings and updates to internal stakeholders clearly and professionally • Learn and work within internal platforms such as Snowflake, Smartsheet, and relevant AI/ML tools (Claude)
• Lead Consumer Compliance Advisory function as part of Compliance Advisory & Risk organization • Manage team of professionals including Consumer Lending Compliance, Deposits & Payments Compliance, CRA, Fair Lending and Complaint Management • Develop and mentor Advisory team focused on strategic thinking and business partnership • Build advisory culture that enables business growth while ensuring consumer protection • Lead consumer compliance due diligence and advisory for all fintech lending, BaaS, and payments partnerships • Review and approve partner loan programs, underwriting criteria, pricing, disclosures, and servicing practices • Assess TILA, ECOA, UDAAP, RESPA, and state lending law compliance for partner programs • Conduct comprehensive review of partner marketing materials, applications, and customer communications • Establish consumer compliance requirements for partnership agreements (SLAs, monitoring, reporting) • Design ongoing consumer compliance monitoring frameworks for active fintech partnerships • Review partner complaint data monthly and identify systemic consumer compliance issues • Sign off on consumer compliance approval for high-risk partnership onboarding • Monitor CFPB guidance on sponsor bank responsibilities and adjust frameworks accordingly • Present fintech partnership consumer compliance risk to executive management • Design fair lending risk assessments for lending products in coordination with CRA & Fair Lending
