Strategic Account Manager, Residential
MRI Software
• Develop and expand relationships with MRI’s most strategic customers within a defined portfolio. • Focus on driving customer retention, identifying expansion opportunities, building executive-level relationships. • Ensure customers realize measurable value from MRI’s solutions. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to align customer priorities with MRI’s capabilities and long-term growth strategy.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, customer success, or relationship management within business products or services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline; or equivalent training and experience in business, sales, or account management.
- Software, SaaS, or real estate industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of retaining and growing strategic customer relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and meeting or exceeding account growth targets.
- Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop account plans, deliver executive-level presentations, and clearly articulate business value.
- Demonstrated understanding of CRM systems, account planning tools, business applications, and the technology ecosystem used to support customer engagement and growth.
- Must be open to travel as needed to support strategic customer meetings, executive business reviews, industry events, and account planning activities.
- Personal credit card, or functional equivalent, is required for business expenses, which shall be reimbursed pursuant to company policy.
