• Lead end-to-end delivery of Program Increments (PI), ensuring quarterly objectives are planned, executed, and delivered on time, while actively managing progress, scope, and blockers. • Coordinate and align two backend teams with cross-functional partners (frontend, infrastructure) to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery. • Translate product vision into actionable multi-year roadmaps and integrated sprint-based plans, driving technical, architectural, and business alignment. • Define, track, and report KPIs with clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders, including sprint-level insights and executive reporting (e.g., SteerCo and top management). • Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across multiple regions, proactively managing communication, and facilitating meetings. • Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure consistent alignment between development, infrastructure, and applications teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to quoting, closing, and follow‑up. • Achieve sales targets and budgets by growing existing accounts, developing new opportunities, and managing forecasts and reporting. • Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships by understanding client needs, satisfaction levels, and delivering scalable, tailored solutions. • Coordinate closely with internal teams (Account Managers, Sales Support, License Support) to ensure high‑quality delivery, documentation, and timely cross‑department communication. • Manage account operations, including CRM/ERP usage, overdue payment follow‑ups, process compliance, and acting as backup for other Account Managers when needed. • Engage with clients, prospects, and partners both remotely and on‑site, dedicating significant time to collaboration with the License Support team and Microsoft business training initiatives.

• Design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure for the AI-Assisted SDLC Platform using Infrastructure as Code, ensuring high availability and scalability for all agent interactions. • Develop the production implementation, managing the state, context, and human-approval gates between the various SDLC agents. • Build the critical integration points for our developers, including backend services for the VS Code extension and webhooks for seamless GitHub pull request workflows. • Own the platform, ensuring automated, safe, and efficient delivery of new features and infrastructure changes. • Collaborate with the LLM Engineers and software teams to translate complex requirements for agent communication into a robust and scalable technical architecture, iterating based on real-world usage. • Integrate the platform with critical enterprise systems.

• Spearhead the research and development of advanced multi-agent workflows, chains, and collaborative problem-solving techniques. • Prototype and validate security models for cross-organizational agent interaction, including fine-grained Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and user token forwarding primitives. • Design and implement novel prompting strategies and agent tool-chains that produce reliable, structured outputs for complex enterprise tasks. • Develop proof-of-concept AI agents and tools on our Platform as a Service (PaaS) architecture. • Develop and deploy the core services of the PaaS, including agent registration, message routing, fine-grained permission checks, and a centralized management API. • Own the platform, ensuring automated, safe, and efficient delivery of new features and infrastructure changes.

• Drive our software testing lifecycle by ensuring proper test plan design, reviewing requirements specifications and technical design documents and providing timely and meaningful feedback. • Execute manual test scenarios covering new functionalities and bug fixing. • Coordinate and execute Integration testing with the client and 3rd party teams. • Contribute to the design, development and maintenance of a set of sophisticated automated Test Suites for mobile applications. • Cooperate with Development teams, QA members and our Delivery Manager to ensure high-quality and trustworthiness of deliverables. • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to define well structured and testable user stories. • Be actively involved in activities that fall under the pillars of Test management: test running, Test reporting, tracking. • Promote continuous improvement by investigating and suggesting alternatives and new technologies.

• Facilitate ceremonies such as Daily Scrums, Plannings, and Retrospectives in a remote and international environment. • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure backlog readiness, delivery and prioritization. • Monitor sprint progress, team capacity, and delivery health, communicating risks, dependencies, and delivery status to relevant stakeholders. • Track and analyze delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and sprint predictability to support transparency and planning. • Facilitate coordination across teams and project stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure alignment. • Conduct structured 1:1s with team members to maintain alignment and support team delivery. • Ensure delivery teams operate at a sustainable pace while delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with customer needs. • Promote and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to improve team efficiency and culture.
