Pre-Sales Manager

MORO TECH

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders • Identify and develop new customers while expanding business with existing accounts • Follow up on customer leads and act as the main point of contact for designated accounts • Increase sales revenue and profitability; meet or exceed sales targets and budgets • Meet clients, prospects, partners, and affiliates both on-site and remotely • Understand client requirements and develop tailor-made, replicable, and scalable proposals • Lead customer-related activities and oversee account performance end-to-end • Support the AM/Pre-Sales team in business expansion and coach junior team members • Proactively suggest new projects and explore opportunities in new markets • Learn, adopt, and promote TBP/TPS/JKK principles and report BNFF (Bad News First and Fast)

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, or sales within the IT industry
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, account management, or customer success roles
  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly advantageous
  • Previous exposure to large industrial conglomerates is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of EU legislation and best practices related to Data and AI Security
  • Good project management experience with the ability to use relevant tools and methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience working in cross-cultural, international environments
  • Strong ability to build and sustain long-term business relationships
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Autonomous, assertive, and collaborative team player
  • Stress-resistant with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and persuasive, with strong stakeholder-influencing skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • A valid driver's licence is required

Responsible for selling InterSystems data platforms products to new and existing UK healthcare customers, both Private and NHS. We are looking for a highly credible Sales Executive to secure new business and to build mutually rewarding long term relationships with our customers across the West of England and Wales. Experience of selling Data Platforms, Regional/Trust Level Integration Engines and/or AI-enabled solutions would be beneficial for this role.
