• Design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure for the AI-Assisted SDLC Platform using Infrastructure as Code, ensuring high availability and scalability for all agent interactions. • Develop the production implementation, managing the state, context, and human-approval gates between the various SDLC agents. • Build the critical integration points for our developers, including backend services for the VS Code extension and webhooks for seamless GitHub pull request workflows. • Own the platform, ensuring automated, safe, and efficient delivery of new features and infrastructure changes. • Collaborate with the LLM Engineers and software teams to translate complex requirements for agent communication into a robust and scalable technical architecture, iterating based on real-world usage. • Integrate the platform with critical enterprise systems.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend engineer, with expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Proven track record of designing, building, and managing CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
  • Experience building or operating Platform as a Service (PaaS) or large-scale distributed systems in an enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with building applications powered by LLMs.
  • Experience architecting and building developer tools, IDE extensions (e.g., for VS Code), or GitHub Apps.
  • Experience building stateful, real-time web applications using technologies like WebSockets or Server-Side Events to power live IDE interactions.
  • Proven experience designing and building LLM-powered agents and multi-step agentic workflows, especially for code generation or analysis.
  • Professional fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken

Pay Range The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 annually, depending on geographic work location, relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, security clearance, and contract requirements.
