Role Description The Intake Community Support Representative serves as the front line to our customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order. This is a fully remote position. Employees must be located in Iowa (applicants outside of Iowa will not be considered). The starting wage is $17.50/hour ($18.50/hour for bilingual candidates) with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment. Work hours are Monday-Friday 11:00am-8:00pm with the potential for overtime. - Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, including de-escalations to the best of your abilities with our clients placing their meal order. - Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service. - Input order information into the appropriate client order screen. - Document all conversations with client into client information database. - Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file. - Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients. - Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed. - Assisting clients with reships (after training is completed). - Assist callers who inquire about the Community Supports benefit, and submit a self-referral for those who meet the criteria to submit the referral. - Notify clients of benefits ending soon within the 30 day time frame, and offering to assist with reauthorization when able, or explain next steps for those whose agency does not allow Mom’s Meals to initiate the request. - Explain benefits including nutritional counseling requirements and possible timelines for clients awareness. Qualifications - High school degree or GED. - 1 year of previous customer service experience. - Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook). - Clear oral communication skills. - Previous experience with data entry. - Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port. Broadband internet wired to the home is required - Cable Modem/service or Fiber Optic. No Satellite, 4/5G, or DSL circuits. - Must have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction. The Manager of Healthcare Partnerships will maintain Managed Medicaid channel growth through continued development of relationships at Managed Medicaid, AAA, CBO, PACE and/or state case management agencies.  The position will concentrate on supporting health plan and agency partners with successful Medically Tailored Meal programs through responsive account management and expanding knowledge of referral pathways by leading field-based members. This position will have a relationship-oriented approach to client engagements ensuring Mom’s Meals is recognized as an industry leader in quality, customer service, and nutritional support for members with chronic health conditions. This position will cover the Southern CA area and travel up to 30%, mostly daytime travel but some overnight stays, plus 2-3 times/year traveling throughout the US for Sales Summits or conferences. Salary range: $78,836-105,000 plus 15% quarterly bonus. The Community Outreach Coordinator will serve as the local face of Mom’s Meals throughout Michigan, working directly with healthcare providers, case managers, social service agencies, and individuals to promote and facilitate the growth and access to Mom’s Meals. This role is responsible for driving awareness, building relationships, and supporting program enrollment to help ensure nutritious meals reach those who need them most. This position reports to the Manager of Healthcare Partnerships. The successful candidate will drive an increase in HDM referrals from a variety of organizations throughout Michigan. This position will be based in Michigan, ideally located in the Metro Detroit or surrounding areas and travel statewide will be anticipated as needed. The chosen candidate will also be eligible for a company car. Salary range: $60,000-80,312 Remote hires will be required to travel to our headquarters in Ankeny, IA (company paid) on their first day for orientation. We have ONE opening, posted in two locations. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order. This is a fully remote position. Employees must be located in Iowa (applicants outside of Iowa will not be considered). The starting wage is $17.50/hour ($18.50/hour for bilingual candidates) with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment. Work hours are Monday-Friday 11:00am-8:00pm with the potential for overtime. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to - Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, including de-escalations to the best of your abilities with our clients placing their meal order - Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service - Input order information into the appropriate client order screen - Document all conversations with client into client information database - Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file - Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients - Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed - Assisting clients with reships (after training is completed) - Assist callers who inquire about the Community Supports benefit, and submit a self-referral for those who meet the criteria to submit the referral. - Notify clients of benefits ending soon within the 30 day time frame, and offering to assist with reauthorization when able, or explain next steps for those whose agency does not allow Mom’s Meals to initiate the request - Explain benefits including nutritional counseling requirements and possible timelines for clients awareness Required Skills and Experience - High school degree or GED - 1 year of previous customer service experience - Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) - Clear oral communication skills - Previous experience with data entry - Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port. The Intake Client Specialist manages a queue of incoming documents to create new clients, and update existing clients as needed in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This Specialist operates within a service level agreement managing speed to start entry while observing various agency specific handling procedures maintaining the highest level of accuracy for billing and compliance purposes.
