Role Description The New Ship Application Support Engineer I is responsible for supporting the IT Product Manager in the new ship build of Mercy Ships' core applications. This position is a remote and full-time, two-year limited term position and requires domestic and international travel. Annual compensation range is $60,000-$75,000. Role Description The Senior Manager, Ship People & Culture (P&C) Operations provides day-to-day operational leadership for core HR functions onboard Mercy Ships vessels. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Ship P&C Operations, this role ensures consistent, high-quality delivery of business-as-usual P&C services by supervising Ship P&C Directors and P&C Support Specialists and maintaining operational standards across both ships. This role is intentionally operational, not strategic. Role Description The SharePoint Solutions Designer will serve in a 6-month full-time limited term role supporting the Volunteer Experience teams. Role Description As a Medical Recruitment Specialist, you are responsible for finding and identifying the best healthcare talent to join the bold mission of Mercy Ships. You are an advocate for the candidate, a consultant to the Staffing team, and a champion of our mission and values.
