Job Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles within the Manufacturing industry
- Ability to have consultative conversations with hiring managers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Nice to Have Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
