Role Description Residential Conveyancing Lawyer – Home Based - £60k - Join a team with shared caseload, working alongside 2 other lawyers and 2-3 non-qualified colleagues. - This is a hands-on role, with a mixture of detailed casework, coaching other team members, and working with our in-house software developers to improve the tools we use. - Handle a mixed and varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing files. - Provide an excellent level of service to our clients throughout the transaction. - Work with your team to deliver top class conveyancing to our clients, working on freehold and leasehold sale, purchase and remortgage transactions. - Solve complex legal problems. - Help our designers and software developers to improve the tools you’re using every day. - Find proactive, risk-based solutions to speed up transactions. Qualifications - Ideally a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx Fellow but not essential. - 5 Years’ experience minimum in Residential Conveyancing if not qualified. - Ability to title check freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build matters. - Comfortable communicating in a clear and simple way that makes sense to clients and can avoid legal jargon.
