• Building and evolving front-end features used by healthcare professionals and patients worldwide; • Designing and maintaining scalable, performant, and accessible front-end architecture; • Translating complex healthcare workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences; • Contributing to architectural decisions and front-end standards within the front-end guild; • Collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners in a fast-moving product environment; • Reviewing code and raising the bar for front-end quality across teams; • Working with modern tooling such as TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks), GitHub, and AI-assisted development tools; • Helping ensure consistency and maintainability as the platform scales internationally.
• Design, build and own backend services with a focus on scalability, security and maintainability. • Develop and operate cloud-native, serverless systems on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to ensure reliable, repeatable and scalable deployments. • Make architectural decisions across distributed systems, APIs, data storage and event-driven design. • Write high-quality, testable code and raise the bar through code reviews and best practices. • Improve system reliability and performance through monitoring, alerting and incident response. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape features from idea to production. • Mentor others, share knowledge and strengthen the engineering culture.

• Overall company risk management and legal impact assessments; • Monitoring (global) regulatory developments and ensuring compliance; • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts across multiple jurisdictions; • Setting up legal entities for new and existing markets (e.g., United States, Japan); • Advising on internal contracts (e.g. HR and other circles), terms and conditions, policies and governance from a legal lens; • Overseeing product vigilance and developing stress-testing scenarios; • Translating legal requirements into practical guidance for teams.

• Support teams across Luscii and OMRON Digital Health to embed security and privacy in everyday work. • Collaborate around ISMS, privacy systems and -standards and supplier & partner assessments. • Assist in maintaining and improving the ISMS across the organization, supporting audits and internal reviews. • Help monitor security and privacy risks, prepare reports and support management reviews. • Support the implementation of security and privacy frameworks, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2. • Assist with operational security tasks, including risk assessments, incident handling and access control. • Perform supplier and partner assessment and monitoring activities, ensuring partners meet our standards. • Collaborate with teams across functions to promote best practices in security and privacy.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable testing for iOS, Android and our AWS / Cloud / Node.js stack. • Apply risk-based testing strategies across mobile apps, APIs and network layers. • Integrate automated and manual tests deeply into CI/CD pipelines to maximize release confidence. • Oversee the full testing lifecycle for web and mobile releases, including signing, beta distribution and monitoring. • Translate complex healthcare workflows into structured test scenarios, leveraging BDD where appropriate. • Collaborate with engineers to identify root causes and implement systemic quality improvements. • Align testing priorities with product goals within Scrum and Kanban teams. • Elevate quality awareness by defining standards, sharing best practices. • Guide and mentor team members on advanced QA practices and foster a culture of engineering-level quality across the organization.
