• Overall company risk management and legal impact assessments; • Monitoring (global) regulatory developments and ensuring compliance; • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts across multiple jurisdictions; • Setting up legal entities for new and existing markets (e.g., United States, Japan); • Advising on internal contracts (e.g. HR and other circles), terms and conditions, policies and governance from a legal lens; • Overseeing product vigilance and developing stress-testing scenarios; • Translating legal requirements into practical guidance for teams.
Job Requirements
- Law degree (international or corporate law) and multiple years of experience as Legal Counsel, General Counsel, or Risk Manager.
- Comfortable in taking ownership and making well-considered decisions independently.
- Experience in and with international legal companies/affairs.
- Affinity and experience with digital health or SaaS solutions.
- Fluent in English.

Role Description Le/la chef(fe) du département de l’activité normative assure le pilotage de l'activité du département, l'organisation des attributions en son sein et la gestion des ressources humaines de l'ensemble du département. Avec ses deux adjoints il/elle est notamment chargé(e) des missions suivantes : - La vérification et la validation finale de tous les textes soumis ou non à la publication au Journal officiel (20 à 25 000 textes publiés par an) - Le pilotage direct du processus de signature des textes par le Premier ministre et du Président de la République - La représentation du SGG dans les différents chantiers de transformation numérique (en particulier le programme des nouveaux outils de production normative – NOPN) La chefferie du département est également garante des réponses apportées aux demandes adressées au département et des procédures mises en œuvre pour y répondre, avec la fiabilité, la diligence et la rigueur requises, en particulier dans les opérations de publication au Journal officiel. Elle participe à la définition des règles et méthodes présidant aux travaux du département et veille à leur bonne mise en œuvre. De manière générale, une étroite collaboration est attendue entre les membres de la chefferie du département dans le pilotage de l’activité et l’optimisation des outils et processus.
