What you’ll do - Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) - Manage and optimize high daily ad budgets - Improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV across markets - Test creatives, audiences, and funnels continuously - Work closely with product to improve conversion & retention - Identify high-LTV countries and scale winning markets - Build and iterate on growth strategies end-to-end
