• Develop online and offline graphic materials • Adapt and typeset text/layout for graphic materials • Make changes or adjustments as needed • Create presentations of developed materials for clients • Finalize and prepare files for delivery to clients and/or suppliers • Understand the "tone" of the brands you work for • Maintain an organized and up-to-date asset library/database • Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of best practices and graphic design techniques.

• Own 1–2 D&B workstreams as DRI. • Translate D&B insights into business language. • Produce blueprints and toolkits for Talent Partners and leaders. • Apply systems thinking to root cause analysis. • Build measurement into everything. • Leverage AI and technology to scale reach. • Drive adoption and ownership transfer. • Lead with a global lens. • Stay current on the field.

• Design responsive user interfaces, graphs, and visualizations. • Uncover design solutions to user and company needs. • Create design specifications. • Make mock-ups and prototypes to explore and communicate design concepts. • Ensure adherence to design systems and visual consistency. • Depending on your interests and skills, you could get involved in other aspects of our work, such as contributing to our design library and conducting user research and usability testing.
