In addition, manage basic reporting and complete terminations and reinstatements. - You will handle transfers of payments as needed and provide customer service to internal/external stakeholder, recognizing what needs to be done to meet the customer needs and demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to create a recommendable customer experience. - You will manage premium & billing cases in accordance with established procedures and guidelines in a timely manner and meeting departmental quality/production standards. - You will escalate increasingly complex premium & billing issues/concerns to more senior team members and/or management. - You will identify, recommend and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality. What we’re looking for Must-have experience (Required): - High School or GED. - 0 - 1+ Years of billing, premium, and/or reconciliation experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position. - Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
