AI & Business Process Engineer
Level Access
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, reduce operational friction, and improve productivity across the People organization • Map current-state workflows, identify root problems, and redesign processes before automating them • Build and maintain automation workflows primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot, Power Automate, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and related AI capabilities, while also leveraging tools such as Zapier or other platforms where appropriate based on business needs, scalability, and cost effectiveness • Integrate systems across HR, recruiting, enablement, communications, and operational workflows • Create scalable workflows that are reliable, measurable, maintainable, and secure • Continuously monitor, improve, and iterate on solutions after launch • Partner with People leaders and stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases across day-to-day work • Help employees adopt and extend the solutions you create by documenting workflows and enabling users effectively • Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical stakeholders • Help establish scalable AI practices and operational standards within the People organization • Assess process quality, documentation standards, and data readiness to support scalable automation • Help improve operational consistency and workflow clarity across the People function • Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and improve employee experience • Support governance, documentation, and operational best practices related to AI-enabled workflows.
Job Requirements
- Experience mapping, redesigning, and improving business processes
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows within platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar automation ecosystems
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and business systems
- Practical experience applying AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies in real business workflows
- Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder partnership skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping shape a new capability within a growing organization
- Ability to evaluate and recommend automation and AI tools pragmatically based on business impact, user experience, scalability, security, and cost.
- Nice to Have: Experience working in a SaaS or technology company, Familiarity with HR systems, recruiting platforms, LMS tools, or collaboration systems, Experience measuring automation impact, including time savings, adoption, quality improvements, or error reduction, Exposure to change management, enablement, or process documentation initiatives, Experience supporting AI governance or operational enablement programs.
