Role Description We, at Leggett & Platt Incorporated, are searching for a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) within our Sales team to help support our Automotive business. As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to own and grow a defined portfolio of key OEM and Tier 1 customer accounts by leading all commercial activities, securing profitable new business, and maintaining strong customer intimacy. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by managing well-established customer accounts as well as the acquisition of new customers. Role Description As an Associate Supply Chain Compliance Specialist with our Global Trade Management team, you will play a key role in safeguarding customs trade compliance throughout L&P’s import source‑to‑pay activities. In this role, you will ensure that processes, documentation, and cross‑functional interactions align with trade compliance and internal standards while delivering strong service and support to our partners across all business units. As a Sustainability Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the development, implementation, and improvement of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)/sustainability policies, programs, and projects across the company. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the company by supporting our goals to reduce our impact on the natural environment and support sustainable business practices. So, what will you be doing as a Sustainability Intern? - Collect, compile and review data from multiple business units on a variety of sustainability topics such as energy, water, and waste usage. - Support our greenhouse gas emissions inventory team with producing inventories aligned with the GHG Protocol. - Provide support to our global network of manufacturing locations to share environmental stewardship best practices. - Support the Development of a Sustainability Handbook that can be used globally to further promote and enhance our ESG efforts. - Assist with various ESG reporting processes, including supporting various regulatory and compliance activities for active and pending regulations within this space. - Support alignment to global sustainability and ESG frameworks including GRI, SASB, TCFD, and UN SDG’s. - Provide support to develop an energy policy, energy baselines and benchmarking, and energy management scorecards for manufacturing locations. - Engage in a variety of sustainably focused projects to further strengthen and mature our processes. Qualifications - On track to graduate with a 4-year or graduate degree, preferably in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Energy Management, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. - Able to work independently and as a member of a collaborative team. - Strong project and time management skills. - Great analytical skills. - Great communication skills, both verbal and written. - Excellent time management skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Requirements - Prior sustainability experience. - Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Energy Management, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. Role Description We are seeking a technical & detail-oriented individual to join our product development team as Lead – Mattress Upholstery Design & Development. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in designing innovative and high-quality covers for mattresses, toppers, and pillows, combining aesthetic design with technical expertise to create visually appealing and functional products. - Own the cover design process for mattresses, toppers, and pillow covers, from initial concept to production ready covers, ensuring they meet aesthetic and functional requirements. - Collaborate closely with marketing, creative services, commercial, sourcing, and vendors, to ensure manufacturable and cost-effective designs. - Experiment with different materials and textures to achieve the desired look, feel and functionality for the covers. - Establish relationships with key fabric/cut and sew vendors, both domestic and overseas, to create concepts/prototypes/samples needed. - Deliver product specifications/details for use in product development, quoting, and as final product specifications. - Manage multiple projects, concept through completion, on time and on budget. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in mattress cover design. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD software, Microsoft Office. - Prior textile/fabric construction and development experience. - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for textile products. - Ability to think creatively and develop innovative textile solutions. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Strong understanding of fabric types, production techniques, excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for color and pattern. - Ability to present design concepts to internal and external customer groups. - Willingness to travel as needed to various trade shows, ECS and customer locations, including possible overseas vendors.
