Role Description Ledcor is hiring a Procurement Solutions Specialist to serve as our internal Coupa subject matter expert across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle. Reporting to the Director, Procurement Systems & Process, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, optimizing, and sustaining the Coupa platform—bridging Procurement, Finance, IS, and the business to ensure a scalable, compliant, and user-centric solution. You will require deep functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes, hands-on Coupa configuration and integration experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into well-governed system solutions. If you are the person your team turns to when something breaks—and when something needs to be built better—this role is for you. Essential Responsibilities: - Serve as the internal Coupa technical subject matter specialist across modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Information Management (SIM), Sourcing, Contracts (CLM), and Analytics. - Monitor platform health, user adoption, and performance metrics to proactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Advise on complex system and integration issues, performing root-cause analysis and driving permanent fixes. - Lead master data alignment across chart of accounts, suppliers, contracts, and commodities to ensure data quality across procurement and finance systems. - Deliver scalable Coupa configurations aligned with best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and business requirements. - Lead Coupa implementations, enhancements, and rollouts including configuration, SIT/UAT, issue resolution, and go-live and hypercare support. - Stay current on Coupa developments, influence Coupa's roadmap through engagement with their teams, and lead quarterly release impact assessments, regression testing, and feature enablement. - Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, AP, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to optimize sourcing, buying, invoicing, and supplier management processes. - Maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and support work instructions to enable long-term platform sustainability. - Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to a Systems & Process Analyst. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or IS is an asset. - 6+ years of eProcurement system experience, with hands-on Coupa sustainment and/or implementation experience strongly preferred. - Experience in construction or industrial-based industries is a strong asset. - Coupa Core Implementation Specialist Certification preferred. - Experience working with ERP integrations and cross-functional enterprise environments. - Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an asset. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and apply sound business judgment. - Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners. - Supply Chain Canada or APICS membership/certification is an asset. Role Description The Permitting Specialist is responsible for researching, preparing documentation, and acquiring appropriate municipal and agency permits for the proposed installation of cable and fiber optics networks. This individual prepares permit application packages required by local governments and jurisdictions and other governing agencies, building stakeholder relationships to manage all aspects of the permitting process. Essential Responsibilities: - Develops and maintains relationships with local municipalities and governing bodies to obtain necessary permitting and zoning approval for projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations and conditions. - Works to resolve permitting issues to ensure project deliverables are met. - Collaborates with project team to gather information and identify permitting requirements for projects. - Develops solutions to address anticipated challenges. - Informs project teams about requirements and regulations of government entities and municipalities to assist with permitting compliance during approval and construction stages of the project, and to meet project timelines. - Serves as subject matter expert on matters related to local municipal and state codes. - Coordinates and tracks permit application and compliance during the approval and construction phases of a project. - Oversees document control and ensures compliance with customer requirements. - Any other responsibilities as otherwise directed. Qualifications - 2 to 4 years of permitting experience within Telecommunications, Outside Plant or Field Operations. - Previous experience submitting permit packages for approval for Telecom, Power, Gas, Construction and/or other utility projects. - Understanding of outside plant design principles, work order procedures, telecommunication standards. - Knowledge of local authority regulations and requirements; familiarity with DOT/Federal/County regulations preferred. - Strong computer background, including experience with MS Word, Excel and scheduling software; familiarity with Quick Base preferred. - Strong communication skills, confident interacting with key contacts in verbal, written and electronic form. - Capable of responding to project stakeholder requests in typical situations and understands client needs. Role Description You are a dynamic Engineering Coordinator with a background in Engineering. In this role, you will support OSP Design & Engineering activities through accurate cost estimation, materials planning, and detailed design review. You will be responsible for interpreting and validating engineering drawings, performing bill of quantity take offs, and providing technical support to Design & Construction teams throughout project execution. You are an experienced CAD Technician, responsible for drafting plans and permit drawings for fibre optical telecommunication networks. You'll be an integral part of the engineering team and will design project using a variety of tools, ensuring constructability issues are incorporated into the network designs. Projects may include Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and broadband connectivity fibre optic construction projects. You are capable of taking a concept design and turning it into detailed permit drawings ready for submission to authorities and working with limited supervision. You are an experienced Outside Plant (OSP) Designer, responsible for detailed design of OSP elements (aerial and/or underground) and fiber designs of telecommunication networks. You'll be an integral part of the engineering team and will design networks using a variety of tools, including AutoCAD and SpatialNET, ensuring constructability issues are incorporated into the network designs.
