Procurement Solutions Specialist
Ledcor
Role Description Ledcor is hiring a Procurement Solutions Specialist to serve as our internal Coupa subject matter expert across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle. Reporting to the Director, Procurement Systems & Process, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, optimizing, and sustaining the Coupa platform—bridging Procurement, Finance, IS, and the business to ensure a scalable, compliant, and user-centric solution. You will require deep functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes, hands-on Coupa configuration and integration experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into well-governed system solutions. If you are the person your team turns to when something breaks—and when something needs to be built better—this role is for you. Essential Responsibilities: - Serve as the internal Coupa technical subject matter specialist across modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Information Management (SIM), Sourcing, Contracts (CLM), and Analytics. - Monitor platform health, user adoption, and performance metrics to proactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Advise on complex system and integration issues, performing root-cause analysis and driving permanent fixes. - Lead master data alignment across chart of accounts, suppliers, contracts, and commodities to ensure data quality across procurement and finance systems. - Deliver scalable Coupa configurations aligned with best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and business requirements. - Lead Coupa implementations, enhancements, and rollouts including configuration, SIT/UAT, issue resolution, and go-live and hypercare support. - Stay current on Coupa developments, influence Coupa's roadmap through engagement with their teams, and lead quarterly release impact assessments, regression testing, and feature enablement. - Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, AP, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to optimize sourcing, buying, invoicing, and supplier management processes. - Maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and support work instructions to enable long-term platform sustainability. - Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to a Systems & Process Analyst. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or IS is an asset. - 6+ years of eProcurement system experience, with hands-on Coupa sustainment and/or implementation experience strongly preferred. - Experience in construction or industrial-based industries is a strong asset. - Coupa Core Implementation Specialist Certification preferred. - Experience working with ERP integrations and cross-functional enterprise environments. - Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an asset. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and apply sound business judgment. - Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners. - Supply Chain Canada or APICS membership/certification is an asset.
