Director of Project Delivery

• The Director of Project Delivery serves as a senior leader of the Project Delivery Division, providing strategic direction, operational oversight, and organizational leadership for the Division’s project execution functions. • Responsible for establishing and advancing scalable delivery practices, governance frameworks, resource management strategies, and performance standards that ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the organization’s federal and commercial contracts. • Partner closely with executive leadership, other division leaders, and business development teams to drive successful contract delivery, support organizational growth, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. • Oversee and monitor the division’s contributions to company-wide profit and loss and leverage their division budget as an additional data point when making decisions that include additional cost considerations. • Ensure staff within the division integrate into Lantana’s culture and are thriving in their current roles. • Contribute to workforce planning initiatives and ensure we have a long-term vision for building a project delivery workforce that aligns our strategic vision.

Job Requirements

  • Active Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification with 10+ years of certification history
  • Bachelor’s degree in a health, technical, or management field (such as health informatics, public health, information systems, computer science, or business administration)
  • Expert knowledge of project management principles and practices, including experience leading large federal contracting programs with responsibility for budget, scope, schedule, and delivery performance
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide high performing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing delivery organizations in a federal consulting environment
  • Extensive experience in Federal government contracting
  • Ability to make difficult performance decisions and exercise clear decision authority and ownership of outcomes.

Role Description Arcadis is seeking a mid-level staff Archaeologist to join our growing Cultural Resources group in Atlanta, GA. Our team is known for innovation and outstanding customer service and will continue to build on these values. This is a remote position, but you must be physically located in the state of Georgia. This role will require the ability to travel up to 30%. As a mid-level Archaeologist, you will apply your technical knowledge to develop creative, effective, and economical solutions to address project issues. You will be a key cultural resource team member who interacts with project and program managers, and you will work as part of an interdisciplinary environmental team. You will also provide supervision, training, technical direction, and mentoring to junior-level staff, when appropriate.
