• Coordinate the entire sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices. • Support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales and Pre-Sales, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. • Identify the intricate business and technical requirements of customers, leveraging capabilities to generate winning cross-practice solutions. • Develop profitable deals using technical knowledge and mastery of the practice-specific domain. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to generate winning responses and create optimal technical solutions. • Build and nurture relationships with external alliance partners for co-created solutions. • Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations to showcase the value of offerings to customers.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related customer-facing technical roles.
  • Deep expertise in cloud, Linux, networking, virtualization, and enterprise platforms, including software sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase signings through software products and higher value service offerings.
  • Experience supporting technology and enterprise software sales across multi-industry environments.
  • Deep domain knowledge of services offerings and technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions.
  • Prior consultative selling experience.
