We have an exciting opportunity for a Category Analyst to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract. Our Category Management team forms an integral part of our Australian Sales function. Working closely with both our Commercial team & retailers, the Category team utilises all available category & shopper information sources to effectively connect trends & understand key drivers of category performance. We are open to this role being based locally in Sydney or remotely in Melbourne. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing: - Supporting the Category Manager in the management of and recommendations on portfolio, range, space, prioritization - Delivery of customer & category specific deep dives and provide recommendations - Supporting the Category Manager in delivering range reviews and strategic planning days with our customers - Supporting the Category Manager in building and sharing a shopper & customer understanding based on insight and analytics across the business. - Ownership of the Planogram process and outputs across all customers We're Looking for Someone With: To be successful in this role you will be a naturally analystical person and enjoy translating data into insights. You will parter with a variety of people throughout the business, to contribute to our strategy across our breakfast portfolio of brands. You will have: - Experience working within a role in Category, Sales, Insights, Marketing at the Analyst level - Experience working within FMCG would is preferred - Comfortable working with a lot of data, you will have a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills to draw insights that feed decision making - Exceptional communication skills you will use to influence and to articulate your analysis & the key messages. Here at Kellanova we are looking for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract Sales Executive to join our market leading Field Sales team to cover our brilliant and strong performing Northeast territory. As we strive to be the best daily, we’ll be looking at you to execute the daily and weekly supply of our products into our major retailers, supporting the growth of our market share and enabling our customers to shop our full portfolio of products daily. This opportunity will allow you to not only be part of an extremely supportive team but will also allow you to work independently and offer you the chance to use your own initiative, building long-lasting and influential relationships, both internally and externally. This role comes with a starting basic salary between £27,000 to £30,000 (based on experience). The role also comes with 3 different bonuses including a yearly performance bonus, company car, and many other great benefits to support you in the role.
