National Account Executive

• Collaboration with Sales Manager - Share responsibility for quarterly and annual results of assigned customers, focusing on smaller customers, local cooperatives, and single district negotiations. • Account Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring excellent implementation of the 4Ps (presence, placement, price, and promotion). • Promotional Planning - Contribute to annual promotional planning and manage assortment definitions to drive sales growth. • Sales Analysis - Monitor and analyse sales KPIs and ROI for assigned customers, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance. • Support Major Presentations - Assist the Sales Manager with major presentations, including customer business reviews, new item introductions, and category trend reviews.

Job Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent work experience required in sales and/or marketing, and/or other FMCG industry related functions.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good command of Windows applications, mainly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency level of English.
