• Atuar como referência técnica da operação da área, sendo o principal ponto de consulta dos demais Assistentes em dúvidas e situações de exceção; • Conduzir, com plena autonomia, os processos operacionais de maior complexidade, incluindo admissões, desligamentos, promoções, folha de pagamento e benefícios, bem como situações de exceção que exijam interpretação técnica; • Apoiar a atualização dos processos operacionais já documentados, mantendo checklists, fluxos, manuais e templates da área revisados e atualizados; • Garantir a integridade do fechamento da Folha de Pagamento, atuando como segunda checagem nos pontos críticos e como responsável final pela qualidade da entrega; • Zelar pela conformidade documental e trabalhista da área (LGPD e CLT), atuando preventivamente para identificar e mitigar riscos operacionais; • Liderar a execução de eventos internos e ações de endomarketing de maior complexidade, articulando equipe, fornecedores e áreas envolvidas; • Conduzir etapas operacionais de Recrutamento e Seleção e participar de entrevistas com gestores quando demandado; • Identificar as causas de problemas recorrentes nos processos da área e propor melhorias estruturais.
Job Requirements
- Formação superior concluída em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou afins;
- Cursos complementares ou pós-graduação em Gestão de Pessoas, Departamento Pessoal ou áreas correlatas (desejável);
- Domínio das rotinas administrativas de Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal, incluindo casos de exceção;
- Conhecimento avançado em legislação trabalhista (CLT) e na sua aplicação à rotina da área;
- Domínio em LGPD aplicada ao tratamento de dados de colaboradores;
- Conhecimento avançado em Excel e domínio do Pacote Office;
- Conhecimento em práticas de Recrutamento e Seleção operacional;
- Conhecimento em organização de eventos corporativos e ações de endomarketing de diferentes portes;
- Conhecimento em documentação e atualização de processos operacionais.
