Inside Sales Specialist

Jobsity

• Build and manage B2B customer relationships • Support online B2B sales growth and customer acquisition • Generate new business opportunities and sales leads • Assist with customer onboarding processes • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, logistics, accounting, and marketing • Support customers with order, pricing, and invoice-related inquiries • Monitor inventory and sales activity to help ensure operational efficiency • Help maintain strong long-term customer relationships

Job Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Experience working with KPIs or sales targets
  • Organized and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
  • Professional English communication skills
  • Experience with wholesale, retail, distribution, e-commerce, or reseller accounts is a plus
  • Experience supporting US-based customers or teams (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, or inventory/order management tools (nice to have)
  • Experience in food & beverage, consumer goods, distribution, or wholesale environments (nice to have)

Role Description The Inside Sales Consultant is a key member of our National Sales Team within the Invited Rewards Division, focused on re-engaging former members and inviting them back into our Clubs through a variety of offers and packages.
